Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (i.e. weekends and holidays excluded) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Though we expect to be able to always adhere to a 1 to 2 business day order processing period, there may be extenuating circumstances that cause orders to take longer to process. In those cases, we will notify you and inform you of when your order is expected to be processed.  

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimated Delivery

Ship times are in addition to 1 to 2 business days to process orders. We currently use FedEx ground to ship to the continental United States excluding Alaska. For Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories, we use USPS. Note that we currently DO NOT ship internationally, and we do not ship to PO boxes. If you submit an order with a PO box as the ship to address, we will contact you and identify a non-PO box shipping address or cancel your order.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at steve@klaywell.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. 

Refunds, Returns, and Replacements

We accept returns and replacements for the life of the product. To submit a request to return any product for a refund or a replacement if an item breaks or becomes dysfunctional, submit a request on our shipping and returns page at https://www.klaywell.com/pages/shipping-returns.  

  • Returns and Refunds
    • For returns, we may ask the customer to return the product. In those instances, we will provide a shipping label, and the customer will use original packaging or provide a shipping container to return the product. 
    • We apply refunds to the tender with which returned items were purchased.
    • Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your refund from the time we receive a returned product, or 7-10 business days from the time you submit your request if no return is required.
  • Replacements
    • For replacements, we may ask the customer to return the product so that we can identify if the product may have been defective or some other opportunity to improve the product was present. In those instances, we will provide a shipping label, and the customer will use original packaging or provide a shipping container to return the product.
    • Please allow 10-14 business days to receive your replacement from the day we receive the item(s) to be replaced, if required. If we do not require you to return a product for replacement, please allow 7-10 business days to receive your replacement from the time you submit your request.
